Excellent staff, welcoming and accommodating. Cozy reception area. Comfortable room with ample amenities. Excellent restaurant, vegetarian-friendly. Great location with free bus passes, beautiful mountain views. Indoor pool with terraces. Varied breakfast. Traditional charm with modern comfort.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

We loved the location in the mountains with beautiful views all around. The hotel facilities were outstanding, offering a clean pool, sauna, exercise room, and sun room. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we appreciated the large buffet breakfast with an ample selection. Parking was also convenient.

Great mountain views and lovely pool area. the staff were also very friendly and helpful whenever we needed them. the breakfast had a good variety of food and beverage options to choose from.
The internet was very inconsistent and unreliable, which made it frustrating to stay connected. the location of the hotel was quite out of the way and not easily accessible without private transportation.

Tucked away in the serene Bavarian Mountains, this hotel was a great escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Although we didn't have any cell reception, the hotel had pretty decent WIFI compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the past. Our room was modest but had everything we needed, and the staff was always on hand to make sure we felt right at home.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the stunning views of the mountains and the tranquility of the location. The room was comfortable and clean with a balcony that allowed us to appreciate the scenery. The breakfast selection was great and diverse, with gluten-free options available. the friendly staff provided excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable.
We were disappointed that some of the restaurant staff did not speak English, making it challenging for us to order food and inquire about ingredients. , some guests smoked on balconies, which was unpleasant for non-smokers.
